VersaSuite is seeking driven individuals with experience in enterprise software and technology sales to join our Sales & Marketing Team and earn a guaranteed salary PLUS commission on every sale you close.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will guide the entire software sales cycle, including product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing. You’ll practice presentation and negotiation skills, work with healthcare providers and organizations to implement effective software solutions, and represent our company and products at industry trade shows. With no commission caps and up to 10% of the total software price in commission on each closed sale, there’s no limit to your earning potential.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of Outside Sales experience, B2B software or medical industry sales experience

Highly motivated self-starter with competitive nature & a strong drive to succeed

Adept at prospecting/qualifying new leads

No aversion to outbound calling and dedication to meeting deadlines and goals

Strong listening, probing, phone skills, and ability to handle rejection

Ability to deliver highly polished product demonstrations

Willingness & ability to travel for prospect visits and trade shows

Ability to execute contract negotiations

Understanding of technology, preferably in the software development industry
