ONC-ATCB Meaningful Use Certification
To be eligible for stimulus funds, care providers and institutions must demonstrate “meaningful use” of an electronic health record (EHR) that is certified by an Authorized Testing and Certification Body (ATCB), as selected by the Office of the National Coordinator for HIT (ONCHIT). VersaSuite is eminently certified for meaningful use for both eligible providers and eligible hospitals. Our clients are therefore eligible for “meaningful use” stimulus funds.
Ambulatory Care - Eligible Provider
VersaSuite 8.0 is 2011/2012 compliant and was certified as a Complete EHR on February 24, 2011 by the Certification Commission for Health Information Technology (CCHIT®), an ONC-ATCB, in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. The 2011/2012 criteria support the Stage 1 meaningful use measures required to qualify eligible providers and hospitals for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).

Inpatient Care - Eligible Hospital
VersaSuite 8.0 is 2011/2012 compliant and was certified as a Complete EHR for Hospitals on August 26, 2011 by the Certification Commission for Health Information Technology (CCHIT®), an ONC-ATCB, in accordance with the applicable Hospital certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Ambulatory Care
